Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 launched with 6010mAh battery priced at Rs. 10,300
Xiaomi also announced the new Mi Pad 2 alongside the Redmi Note 3. The Mi Pad 2 features a metal body and look like an iPad Mini. Xiaomi touts that the Mi Pad 2 is thinner and lighter than the previous tablet.
The Mi Pad 2 powered by a new 14nm Intel Atom X5-Z8500 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It has a 7.9-inch display with 1536x2048 pixels resolution. The Tablet either runs on an Android or Windows 10; it means users will have to choose between Google and Microsoft operating system.
Out of the box, The Mi Pad 2 comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. The Tablets has 16GB/64GB internal storage. It measured 132.6x200.4x6.95mm and packed with a 6010mAh battery. The Mi Pad 2 support C-Type USB and it will be available in Dark Grey and Champagne Gold color variants.
The Mi Pad 2 16GB variant will be available for RMB 999 (approx. Rs. 10,300), and 64GB variant will be available for RMB 1299 (approx. Rs. 13,400). The Windows 10 version of the Tablet will only be available with 64GB of internal storage for RMB 1299 (approx. Rs. 13,400).
