Xiaomi Laptop Mi-Notebook to be launched in Christmas

After achieving the world's third biggest smartphone vendor position, Xiaomi is now planning to get into the PC market.It seems that The Chinese Smartphone maker Xiaomi will announce their first laptop Mi-Notebook incoming Christmas. Industry watcher DigiTimes sources also reveal that the company plans to launch two notebooks: one with the 12.5-inch display while another with a 13.3-inch display. Inventec will manufacture the 12.5-inch display Laptop, and Compal Electronic will manufacture 13.3-inch display laptop.

The Company is currently in a process through a tie-up with Foxconn. The company is also talking with Samsung to provide memory chips and monitor display for the device. The Laptop will come in two variant; first one runs on Linux OS while another one run on Windows 10 OS.

Xiaomi's Mi-Notebook Laptop will be available for the cheap or affordable price but offers high performance, just like the Company's smartphones. Stay tuned for more updates.
