Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 launched with Fingerprint sensor
Before a week, we tell you about leaks specifications of Redmi Note 2 Pro. Its was expected to be called Redmi Note 2 Pro, but Xiaomi today launched it as the Redmi Note 3. It was the Xiaomi first smartphone that features a full metal body and Fingerprint sensor. The company touts that the users can unlock the smartphone in just 0.3 seconds using Fingerprint sensor.
Redmi Note 3 powered by a 64-bit Octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It has a 5.5-inch display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. The Smartphone support Dual SIM and runs on MIUI 7.
Out of the box, The Redmi Note 3 comes with 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with Dual-tone flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. The Smartphone has two variant; the first one has 2GB RAM with 16GB of internal storage while another variant has 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Both variants support microSD card. Regarding connectivity, The Redmi Note 3 features 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, GPS and GLONASS. The Smartphone measure 149.98x75.96x8.75mm and weighs 165.97 grams. It will be available in Gold, Dark Grey and Silver color variants. The Smartphone packed with 4000mAh battery with fast charging support that can charge up to 50% in 1 hour.
The Redmi Note 3 launched at an event at China National Convention Center in Beijing. Already we tell you that the Redmi Note 3 will be available in two variants first one that features 2GB RAM and 16GB Storage will be available at CNY 899 (approx. Rs. 9,500) and another variant that feature 3GB RAM, and 32GB Storage will be available at CNY 1099 (approx. Rs. 11,500). There is no official announcement yet on India price or launch date.
