KFC’s 'Watt A Box' Will Charge Your Smartphone, While You Eat

KFC has introduced a 5-in-1 Meal Box that will charge the user’s smartphone while they eat. The meal box includes a USB port, so user’s can simultaneously eat fried chicken, charge their phone.

The 5-in-1 mealbox, called "Watt a Box," comes complete with an integrated power bank, allowing the user's to charge their smartphones while eating.

KFC has said that a few lucky customers at select KFC stores in Mumbai and Delhi will get a chance to have their 5-in-1 Meal served in 'Watt a Box.' Along with this, users can also participate in an online contest on KFC India's Facebook page and win more of these limited edition boxes.

Lluis Ruiz Ribot, CMO, KFC India said, "We launched the 5-in-1 Meal Box in March this year with the objective of providing an abundant complete meal and at an affordable price for our customers. With the launch of Watt a Box, we have gone a step ahead and also introduced an element of utility into the box. Each one of us spends a considerable time on our smartphones daily, and the phone battery going dead is almost like a nightmare! No longer is that the case, with the Watt a Box around".
