We all know, Yu Televentures is an Indian electronic brand, which is partly owned by Micromax. Yu has been founded on 18 December 2014. The first mobile of Yu running on Cyanogen OS named Yureka. According to many rumours, its seems like the partnership between Micromax and Cyanogen is near end-of-life. Really its a shocking news and here's a clear sign that Yu might be looking at life beyond its software partner.
Recently Yu launched its another smartphone named Yu Yureka Plus running on Cyanogen OS price at Rs. 9,999 but within a couple of weeks of launch, Yureka Plus will listed on Amazon which is running on Android 4.4.4 and listing says the smartphone is upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Smartphone price was slashed to Rs.8,999. In terms of specifications seem identical to the Yureka Plus that launched with Cyanogen OS.
The Yu Yureka Plus powered by 64 bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It has 5.5 inch display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. Out of the box, The smartphone has 13 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and 5 megapixel front facing camera. Yu Yureka Plus comes with 16 GB internal storage which can be expandable upto 32 GB via microSD card.
In terms of connectivity, The smartphone features Dual SIM(GSM+GSM), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro-USB, Bluetooth 4.0. It packed with 2500 mAh battery. The Yu Yureka Plus running on Android 4.4.4 available only Mooniest Grey colour.
