InFocus today launched Buddy, a notebook laptop, in India at Rs 14,999. The notebook will be sold exclusively on Snapdeal.

The InFocus Buddy is powered by a 2.6GHz Intel Braswell Celeron processor paired with 2GB of DDR3L RAM, Intel HD Graphics, and 32GB internal storage. The notebook supports expandable SSD internal storage up to 256GB. It has a 13.3-inch display with 1366x768 pixels resolution. The InFocus Buddy runs on 64-bit Windows 10.

The InFocus Buddy packs in a 3275mAh battery. The company claims it can give HD playback for up to 8 hours. Regarding Connectivity options, the notebook supports Wi-Fi standard 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, a microSD slot, two USB 3.0 port, HDMI port, and a webcam in the front.

The InFocus notebook is available in two colour options - Gold and Silver. The notebook is 18mm thick, weighs 1.6 kg.

InFocus provides one year warranty with the notebook, while Snapdeal also promises a swap warranty to its customers. This means that if the device is found to have any hardware defect, the company will replace the device with a new one.
