Gionee S6 with 5.5-inch display and 3GB RAM launched at Rs. 19,999

Gionee launched its another smartphone that features Metal body, named The Gionee S6. The Smartphone is exclusively being sold by the online retailer Flipkart, priced at Rs. 19,999. India is the first country outside of China where the Gionee S6 is now officially available.

   Gionee S6 is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU. It has 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1280x720 pixels resolution, and it has Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Amigo 3.1 operating system and supports Dual SIM (Micro + Nano).

   Out of the box, The Gionee S6 comes with the 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. It has 32GB of internal storage that can further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Regarding connectivity, The Smartphone features 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB Type-C 2.0 and USB OTG. 

   The Gionee S6 is packed with a 3150mAh battery, and it measures 151.9x74.6x6.9mm, weighs 148 grams. The Smartphone comes with the Ambient Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Magnetometer, Motion sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope.  The Gionee S6 will be available in Rose Gold, Silver and Gold color variants.
