Micromax Started Rolling Out Lollipop Update For Unite 2 A106

    Recently Micromax added a photo about Lollipop update for Micromax Unite 2 A106. Micromax started rolling out Android Lollipop v5.0 for Unite 2 A106.The upgradation process done through FOTA.

WHAT TO DO FOR UPGRADING UNITE 2 A106 :

NOTE:

• For Upgrading Unite 2, Please ensure that you have a memory card inserted with at least 1 GB free space.
• Also the free space in application memory should be more than 300. MB.
• For installation battery needs to be above 40%.

Step :

1. Connect your Micromax Unite A106 to cellular connection or WIFI. (We Recommended used WIFI to complete upgrade process without any incorruption.)
2. Check Update from Settings >> About Phone >> System Update.
3. Update appears as shown in the Screenshot. Click "Yes" to start downloading the update.
4. After Download is completed, click "Update Now" to install update. After thar phone automatically reboot.
5. After installing first update successfully a notification for the Second update appears.
6. If not appears than you can manually go update section and check for it.
7. Click OK to start downloading the Second Update.
8. After phone reboots, it gives notification "Update Successfully".

Recommended:

• Reboot your phone again after installation is complete.
• Make Backup of your important data before upgrading your phone.
