   After the success of Note 4 , Samsung has plan to launched windows based phone in this year. We all know that Microsoft phones are based on windows operating system. Samsung phones are based on Google operating system that is Android. But, now he try to reduce its dependence on Android.
   Samsung testing windows phone 8.1 features and function on its own phone. Samsung electronics considering releasing cheaper handset running on Microsoft's Windows 8.1 platform. Samsung has run pilot programs on the stability of windows 8.1 software on the devices.
   But the question is whether Samsung and Microsoft will settle their ongoing legal dispute over royalties ? If Samsung and Microsoft's settle their litigation, then Samsung will manufacture Handsets powered by the Microsoft developed mobile platform.
   So, plan for a Windows based phone depends on the results of the ongoing royalties disputes. Microsoft's knows that if they promotes Windows based phones, it will be helpful for both.
   Hope Microsoft' s and Samsung come together and launched windows based Samsung phone. The phone will be more interesting to see how it is? how its works? Can it run android apps also? so much question's are there. People's are also excited about that.
